REDWOOD TRUST ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND INCREASE OF 12% FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2020

 

MILL VALLEY, CA – Friday, September 11, 2020Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 12% increase in the company’s regular quarterly common stock dividend to $0.14 per share for the third quarter of 2020, up from $0.125 per share for the second quarter of 2020. This also marks the company’s 85th consecutive quarterly dividend. The third quarter 2020 dividend is payable on September 29, 2020 to stockholders of record on September 22, 2020.
