REDWOOD TRUST ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND INCREASE OF 14% FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021
MILL VALLEY, CA – Wednesday, March 10, 2021 – Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a 14% increase in the company’s regular quarterly common stock dividend to $0.16 per share for the first quarter of 2021, up from $0.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020. This marks the company's 87th consecutive quarterly dividend. The first quarter 2021 dividend is payable on March 31, 2021 to stockholders of record on March 24, 2021.
