Our rental loans provide liquidity and long-term peace of mind to owners of stabilized rental properties. We enable investors to access long-term financing at a fixed rate and use our rental loans to unlock existing equity, consolidate debt, or purchase new rental properties. Rental Loans can range from $500,000 to $100 million on rental portfolios and $75,000 to $2 million on single rentals (DSCR). We lend on single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily assets, and offer 3-, 5-, 7-, 10-, and 30-year terms. CoreVest also lends on portfolios of short-term rental properties.
