DEIB WORKING GROUPS
Together, our DEIB Steering Committee and Employee Diversity Council drive our DEIB focused culture and initiatives.
DEIB Steering Committee: The DEIB Steering Committee is comprised of the Management team and senior leaders from across the organization. The DEIB Steering committee sets the strategic direction for the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program, establishes goals for the work, and defines the measures of success. The Steering Committee provides sponsorship and support for the Employee Diversity Council.
Employee Diversity Council: The Employee Diversity Council is comprised of employees from all areas and levels within the organization. Members of the Employee Diversity Council provide DEIB-focused recommendations on enterprise-wide policies, training, communications, employee engagement, corporate partnerships, and community involvement.

Women's Leadership At Redwood
Our women’s employee resource group, Redwood TogetHER, is an important factor in our diversity and inclusion efforts. Redwood TogetHER supports not only gender inclusion, but also plays a key role in defining professional development and infrastructure initiatives that make Redwood a great place for women to work.

Community Giving
At Redwood, giving back to our communities is a core aspect of our culture. We strive to create positive social impact by investing in programs and partnerships that benefit the communities where we work and live through a variety of programs.

REDWOOD EMPLOYEE FOUNDATION
Founded in 2007, the Redwood Employee Foundation is an employee-led group that raises funds and makes charitable grants to a variety of non-profit organizations in our communities. To date, the Employee Foundation has made over $475,000 in grants to charities selected by our employees.
VOLUNTEERISM
The Redwood Employee Foundation organizes our volunteerism efforts, which include regular Habitat for Humanity workdays, annual school supply drives, and holiday giving programs.
