We Are Committed To Reducing Our Environmental Impact

Everyone has a role to play in protecting the environment and helping reduce the impacts of climate change. As a specialty housing finance company with approximately 400 employees in four principle locations, our day-to-day business operations have a relatively low environmental impact. Still, we do our part to minimize our use of energy and water and reduce waste. That means motion-sensor control LED lighting, video and telephone screens that automatically shut off when we’re not using them, and filtered water dispensers to eliminate the need for plastic bottles. We also encourage employees to adopt environmentally friendly habits, including video conferencing as an alternative to travel, using reusable dishes and silverware in our offices, composting and recycling, and recycling electronic equipment and ink cartridges.
